1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order ID, product details, and reason for return (with pictures if defective).

We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on self-shipping (where applicable).

Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide bank account details or may receive a store credit/voucher.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
